Frequently Asked Questions

Cryptocurrency exchange

  • How to buy or exchange cryptocurrency?

In order to conduct exchange transactions, you need to register on the site. You will be required to enter an email address and create a password. We collect data in accordance with the User Agreement, Privacy Policy and AML rules.

  • What can I do if my order has expired?

If your transaction has not arrived before the order time expires, you will be given the following options on the order page:

Continue the exchange at the floating rate. The order will be processed once the transaction is received and obtains the required number of network confirmations.

Request a refund of the amount sent for exchange, minus the network fee. To do this, you must provide your address, where the coins will be returned after your transaction is received.

  • How can I track my order?

The order status is updated in real time. We recommend not closing the order page until it is completed. On the order page, you can also subscribe to email notifications. When transactions are received on the network, links to explorers will appear on the order page for tracking.

  • Why is my wallet address displayed as invalid?

Carefully check the network of the address you are entering when creating the order and the network of the currency you selected in the "You Receive" field. If your address is recognized as invalid, it means the network of your address does not match the network of the selected currency.

  • Why does it take so long to send a transaction?

The transaction processing speed depends on the blockchain's throughput and the network fee set when sending it. We automatically send transactions with the current network fee. Sometimes, the blockchain network experiences high congestion or delays in new block generation, which are beyond our control.

  • What can I do to speed up the transaction?

The average network fee amount is unique for each blockchain and may change depending on the current network load. The higher the network fee you set, the higher the priority of your transaction, and the faster it will be processed. Typically, your wallet automatically calculates the optimal network fee.

If you have sent us a transaction on the Bitcoin or Ethereum network and have been waiting a long time for confirmation, you can increase your transaction’s priority using the RBF (Replace-By-Fee) feature.

  • What happens if I set a low network fee?

If you send us a transaction with a low network fee, you risk spending a lot of time waiting for the order to be completed. The order will be processed automatically only after your transaction receives the required number of network confirmations. Due to the low fee, the transaction may have a low priority and might not receive network confirmations in the near future.

  • What is the difference between fixed and floating exchange rates?

    Fixed Rate

You will receive exactly the amount of cryptocurrency displayed on the screen when creating the exchange.

1% + network fee (this fee is received by miners or validators for processing transactions on the blockchain network).

The exchange rate is locked for 10 minutes.

If the market rate changes by more than 1.2% before your transaction appears on the blockchain network, you will be offered a refund or the option to continue the exchange at the market rate.

Attention! Your transaction must be received within 10 minutes, and its amount must exactly match the order amount. Otherwise, you will be offered a refund or the option to continue the exchange at the market rate.

    Floating Rate

The exchange rate is finalized once your transaction receives the required number of blockchain confirmations. If the market rises, you receive more cryptocurrency; if it falls, you receive less. Everything is fair.

0.5% + network fee (this fee is received by miners or validators for processing transactions on the blockchain network).

The exchange will be processed at the market rate, which is finalized within 10 minutes after your transaction receives the required blockchain confirmations.

Example: If you exchange 1 BTC for 28.37362388 ETH, with a fixed rate, you will receive exactly 28.37362388 ETH. With a floating rate, the amount of ETH may increase or decrease depending on market fluctuations.

  • How long does the exchange take?

As soon as your transaction reaches our address and receives the required number of network confirmations, the exchange is automatically processed, and a transaction is sent to your address. The confirmation time depends on several factors: the network fee you specified when sending it and the speed of the blockchain network.

  • What is the transfer fee?

You can choose from two exchange strategies:

Fixed rate: 1% commission + network commission. The exchange rate is fixed at the time of order creation.

Floating Rate: 0.5% commission + network fee. The exchange rate is set only after your transaction is received and confirmed by the network. The order amount may change from the time the order is created due to market rate fluctuations, either up or down.

The network fee is the charge paid to miners for processing the transaction, and its amount is specific to each blockchain.

  • What cryptocurrencies does the platform support?

Exchange and buy Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), Litecoin (LTC) and many other crypto assets using the most suitable payment methods, which are presented in the list of available ones.

  • I have closed the website, how can I return to the order?

If you provided a correct email address in your order, you should have received an email with a link to your order.

You can also return to the order page through your browser history.

If you need assistance, you can contact support on our website.
